DESCRIPTION OF WORKS:
Based in the heart of DIFC this 41 storey tower is one of the most prestigious combinations of private and hotel apartment residencies.

Boasting a roof garden complete with children's play area, sun terrace swimming pools and fitness club, all surrounded by inspired soft landscape planting. Internally there are six main landscaped reception floors hosting many different trees and shrubs complete with irrigation systems.

Finally the concourse level comprising of sun terrace and soon to be completed outdoor restaurant. The maintenance programme requires constant manicure and upkeep of all areas, including irrigation and application of pesticides, herbicides and continual fertilization, to ensure the healthy establishment of this scheme.



Project Name: AL GHURAIR CITY

DESCRIPTION OF WORKS:
Grounds maintenance of residential and commercial areas of the Al Ghurair City complex in Deira.

Working to a detailed maintenance programme provided by Blakedown International Landscaping LLC, the operations include full turf care and culture to the lawns, formative tree and shrub pruning, pesticide and herbicide application and cleaning and care of hard landscaped areas are also included in the scope of the contract.

A detailed plant replacement programme has been put in place to refurbish old plant stock and ensure the heavily used areas remain in pristine condition.

Blakedown also maintain the interior plants in the shopping centre as part of this contract.

The existing irrigation system will undergo refurbishment by Blakedown over the next 12 months, along with developments to the play areas.

DESCRIPTION OF WORKS:
Blakedown International Landscaping LLC secured a long term grounds maintenance contract on the back of a very successful construction project for the Dubai Investment Park Development Company.

We are maintaining all of Dubai Investment Park including roundabouts, verges, hedges and mature palm trees. Work includes relocation of mature palms, irrigation system inspection/repairs, ongoing additional planting and lawn culture to ensure Dubai Investment Park maintains its high profile status.
